3. What Is Not Covered

  • Damage caused by misuse, accidents, negligence, or improper handling.

  • Normal wear and tear (scratches, fading, fabric stretching, etc.).

  • Damage caused by unauthorized repairs or modifications.

  • Consumable items (e.g., supplements, food, cosmetics) unless proven defective at delivery.

4. Warranty Claim Process

To file a warranty claim:

  2. Provide proof of purchase (order number, receipt, or invoice).

  3. Share photos or videos of the defect for verification.

  4. Ship the product back to us if required (Shipping costs are shouldered by the customer. Fees vary depending on location, courier service, and total order weight.).

5. Remedies

  • Upon approval of your warranty claim, we will at our discretion:

    • Repair the defective item,

    • Replace it with the same or equivalent product, or

    • Issue a refund (full or partial) based on the situation.

6. Limitation of Liability

  • Our responsibility is limited to the repair, replacement, or refund of the defective product.

  • We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

7. Governing Law

This Warranty Policy is governed by the laws of Philippines.
