At Jalsonlineshop, we value your satisfaction. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, you may request a return or exchange under the following conditions:
1. Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
Items can be returned or exchanged within 7 days from the date of delivery.
Products must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging with tags/labels intact.
Proof of purchase (receipt, order confirmation, or invoice) is required.
2. Non-Returnable Items
Perishable goods ( food, supplements and cosmetics).
Personal care products for hygiene reasons (undergarments and skincare items).
Sale or clearance items marked as “final sale.”
3. Process for Return & Exchange
Contact our customer service to request a return or exchange.
Provide your order number, reason for return, and photos (if applicable).
Once approved, ship the item back to us.
Upon inspection, we will process your exchange or refund.
4. Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are shouldered by the customer unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item).
For exchanges, the customer is also responsible for the cost of shipping the replacement item.
5. Refunds
Approved refunds will be processed through the original payment method within 7 business days.
Shipping fees are non-refundable.
6. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us immediately. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.
